Annette has 10 years of lifestyle transformation experience and a lifetime of personal experience.
She has overcome depression, addiction and an eating disorder, turned her life around and helped build a very successful personal training business by applying the methods she teaches you in this workshop.
When working to achieve your goals three things need to be addressed:
- Your goal - you need to ensure the goals you set are actually meaningful goals that are important and achievable
- Your external environment - the things you do and what you surround yourself with, and
- Your internal environment - the way you perceive the world around you and your natural tendencies for interacting with your external surroundings
If you want to see change happen, it's a whole lot more than simply setting S.M.A.R.T goals, you have to put effort into both environments.
The journey of transformation need not be a frustrating experience when you're in alignment to your goals.
Annette will help you understand what you need to do to reach your health and fitness goals, which goes far beyond eating better, training regularly and putting your goals in writing.
She will teach you how to align both your internal and external environments so you can finish the workshop with a written plan you are willing and able to follow to help you make the next stage in your health and wellness journey an amazing one. It's a very simple process and once you know how, you can check back in to identify what area of life your next goal needs to stem from to help create a more balanced and enjoyable life.
The Healthy Living Goal Planning Workshop comes with a video filmed live at Assist Personal Training in Lilydale, plus you'll get all the worksheets and information you need to help you work through the process.
What You Need: Your diary, calendar, planner or laptop, whatever you use to keep yourself organised, the printed worksheets and your computer or phone to view the workshop!
